Michael Leander has been invited to speak at the Customer Loyalty Summit - Efficiency of Customer Loyalty Programs in Retail. The conference takes place at the Holiday Inn Suschevsky in Moscow on the 1st and 2nd of December 2009.

Michael Leander will deliver a presentation titled: “Loyalty marketing in the age of multichannel conversational economy – opportunities and threats of engagement”. His presentation covers areas such as “From dysfunctional marketing intelligence to building loyalty through relevant and engaging interactions in all touch points” “how to utilize social networks to build, retain and grow loyalty, increase retention and add a new win-back component to your loyalty marketing strategy”.

This is an important loyalty marketing conference and I am very happy to once again to have been invited to an interesting conference organized by Blue Business Media. I am looking forward to talk to leading loyalty marketing innovators from Russia and other Eastern European countries. I am very fond of Russia and the Russian culture and I hope that I might be able to provide a few valuable insights to the loyalty marketing community there.

While there Michael Leander is planning to invite marketers to an informal networking meeting.

Scoring 4,6 for content and 4,9 for presentation, Michael Leander of Fokus Integrated became the speaker of the event at the e-Communication conference in Warsaw, Poland.

The largest event of its kind in Poland, the conference was organized as four parallel conferences, each presenting a specific e-marketing/e-communication related topic.

Michael Leander’s keynote at the e-marketing, web 2.0 and more conference was titled  “marketing through social networks”.

The presentation was very well received. On a 5-point scale where 5 is the highest, the delegates rated Michael Leander’s presentation 4,6 for content and 4,9 for show (speaking skills) making his score the highest of the some 50 speakers presenting at the 2-day conference.

The conference project manager, Katarzyna Klimkiewicz of Blue Business Media, gave Michael Leander this endorsement;

New integrated e-mail dialogue course in Denmark

Fokus Integrated CEO Michael Leander will be teaching a new integrated e-mail marketing dialogue course organized by the Danish Marketing Association “Huset Markedsføring”. The course is aimed at professional e-mail marketers whom are looking for proven, effective methods to improve their existing e-mail marketing programs.  The course will emphasize integration, interaction and innovative ways to get more from the email marketing media.

Michael Leander says ” After having been detached from the established Danish marketing and interactive marketing industry for far too long, I am excited about my collaboration with Huset Markedsføring. The first collaboration quickly sold-out. And I am looking forward to work with Huset Markedsføring to make this first of its kind course rewarding to the participants”

Emarketing conference in Warsaw Poland featuring Michael Leander

Michael Leander has been invited to speak at the tenth e-marketing conference taking place in Warsaw, Poland. The Conference takes place on June 16th. and 17th.

The conference website is now public, however this is one of Polands most popular conferences. Organized by Blue Business Media, which is part of Informedia Poland.

This is an interesting conference with speakers from Dell, Agora, Coca-Cola, Bank Millennium, Radio Eska, Mazda, BRE Bank and Hoop Polska, just to mention a few.

Interestingly do you notice something ?
No female speakers presenting - well, as far as I know. Males still dominate the speaking circuit, which is a real pity. I find that women make great presenters with their ability to create good and compelling contents with a clear structure and message. Something I am often struggling with myself:-)

Anyhow, if you are in Warsaw mid June - why not take time out to join hundreds of likeminded ebusines/marketers at this promising conference?

Michael Leander not speaking at DM Days in Ukraine

Due to peculiar circumstances  with the organizers of DM Days in Ukraine, Michael Leander will not be speaking in Kiev in May.

In the unlikely event that you decided to pay to join the conference because you saw my name on the speakers list :-), I sincerely apologize.

Michael Leander teaching email marketing in Denmark

I have been asked to teach email marketing in Denmark by “Huset Markedsføring” - that’s The House of Marketing, the largest and most important marketing (trade) association in Denmark.

While the course is targeted email marketing novices, I am looking forward to it very much. It’s been quite some years since I taught or instructed email marketing courses in Denmark. I am looking forward to create a “killer course” that will enable the attendees to go home with actionable knowledge enabling them to start a grand and successful career as permission email marketers.
