Michael Leander has been invited to speak at the Customer Loyalty Summit - Efficiency of Customer Loyalty Programs in Retail. The conference takes place at the Holiday Inn Suschevsky in Moscow on the 1st and 2nd of December 2009.
Michael Leander will deliver a presentation titled: “Loyalty marketing in the age of multichannel conversational economy – opportunities and threats of engagement”. His presentation covers areas such as “From dysfunctional marketing intelligence to building loyalty through relevant and engaging interactions in all touch points” “how to utilize social networks to build, retain and grow loyalty, increase retention and add a new win-back component to your loyalty marketing strategy”.
This is an important loyalty marketing conference and I am very happy to once again to have been invited to an interesting conference organized by Blue Business Media. I am looking forward to talk to leading loyalty marketing innovators from Russia and other Eastern European countries. I am very fond of Russia and the Russian culture and I hope that I might be able to provide a few valuable insights to the loyalty marketing community there.
